About Hope for Louisville
Jefferson Street Baptist Center’s Hope for Louisville ministry is a radical opportunity for young adults ages 18-30 to love the homeless and hurting through intentional living and service lead by Christ and supported by strong Christian community.

Your life will be spent:

Building Relationships: Pursue meaningful relationships with the residents and guests of JSBC and your urban neighbors.
 
Serving: Serve 35 hours a week as staff through JSBC – responding to the physical and spiritual needs of the homeless and hurting.
 
Living in Community: Live in missional, supportive community with other Christians of the same gender in an urban neighborhood.
 

Following Christ: Deepen your discipleship to Christ through daily quiet time, curriculum, regular times of prayer and worship, and putting your beliefs into action.
  

Partnering with a Church: Worship, serve and receive solid biblical teaching in a church that is engaging their community.
